Hidden Springs Field Day Info and Sign Up Genius

Hello Hidden Springs Families!!!  Field Day is fast approaching and I know the kiddos are getting excited about it.  Field Day for Hidden Springs will take place on Wednesday May 20th.  I am attaching a Field Day Parent letter with lots of info to get your kiddos ready for a fun filled day.  We need volunteers as we could not make Field Day Happen.  In the parent letter below is a schedule of when each grade will have Field Day and sign up genius with appropriate time slots to sign up for each different grades.  If you have any questions feel free to reach out at mandi.horning@boiseschools.org  Looking forward to an exciting day!!!

Dear Parents, 

Hidden Springs Elementary has scheduled Field Day for Wednesday May 20th from 9:00 - 3:15. Below you will find the schedule of when each class will be participating in Field Day.  We have filled the day with so many activities, we are sure your kids are going to have a great time. 

I am looking for volunteers to run a station for Field Day.  If you would like to volunteer please click on the link below!  We could not make Field Day happen without volunteers!

Field Day Sign Up Genius 

1. Tennis/running shoes are a must.  Do not wear slip on shoes of any type (no sandals or flip flops).  Every event is active. So, the correct shoes are very important.  Students should wear comfortable clothing so they can participate in all field day events.  

2. Items you may wish to send for the comfort and protection of your child include: sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.  It is best to apply sunscreen in the morning before they leave home to be sure they are covered properly.  Please check the weather prior to heading to school and dress for the outside temperature.  

3. Please send a water bottle with your student.
